So why did a single mom of an amazing 17 year old son and 2 large goofy pups, working in the corporate world for 15 years decide to open an online boutique in the midst of the 2020 craziness?! I started realizing that we aren't promised tomorrow and why continue to wake up every day to a career that I'm not passionate about and not contributing to a cause that is close and personal to my heart.

I absolutely love fashion and want other women to feel strong, confident, and beautiful in whatever they choose to wear, regardless of what others approve of. My style was never on trend or what other's thought was in fashion at the time but I couldn't care less. You could say I'm a bit rebellious and have never followed the crowd, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I've personally picked out all of the products on my site that I love, and I hope you love them too! #BeYourOwnLabel

Now about the cause.. I was a single, teenage parent who became pregnant at 18. Was it easy? NO. Was it challenging and difficult most of the time? YES! If it wasn't for my supportive parents, I'm not sure how I would have been successful and raised my son on my own. I'm a true believer that everything happens for a reason and we don't realize it until after a period of time, when we get the opportunity to connect the dots and see how events lead you to bigger and better opportunities. My son has made me want to push myself further and be his inspiration to do the same. I know how difficult it is to be a single, teen parent, and they should be given the same chance as everyone else to succeed, regardless of their circumstances.

To help in a small way that I can, a portion of my proceeds will be donated to local charities and communities who help support single & teen parents.
